Business Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to acquire an established bookkeeping practice with a loyal client base. The fees for 2024/25 are expected to be in the vicinity of $190,000 and are generated from approximately 22 client groups. Services mainly include bookkeeping, payroll and monthly or quarterly BAS preparation.

The Practice has developed long-standing relationships over many years with clients mostly living in the Perth metropolitan area, primarily south of the river, however their businesses are located across the state and in some cases in the Eastern States.

The Seller has advised that the majority of clients operate under fixed price agreements with some clients billed on an hourly basis. There’s potential for growth by offering additional services and actively pursuing referrals from existing clients or other sources, such as accountants or financial planners.

The Seller who is wishing to transition towards retirement, is supported by casual staff as needed.

Please note potential buyers are required to be a registered BAS Agent.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an existing bookkeeping firm seeking to expand its fee base or an experienced bookkeeper looking to establish a practice at scale.
